Working Student IT Support
Location: Leiden (NL) | Hours: 24-40 hrs per week till end of 2026
We’re looking for a Working Student IT Support to join our team in Leiden.
In this role, you’ll help colleagues with IT-related questions, prepare and install laptops and mobile devices, support Microsoft 365 applications, and assist with day-to-day IT operations. You’ll work closely with experienced IT professionals and gain valuable practical experience in a modern business environment.
Your tasks
Providing first-line IT support to end users
Setting up laptops, phones, and other devices+
Supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Assisting with password resets and user access requests
Logging and following up on support tickets
Troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues
Supporting small IT projects and improvement initiatives
You have
Currently studying IT or a related field, or a strong interest in technology
Helpful, service-minded, and eager to learn
Good communication skills in Dutch and English
Available 24–40 hours per week
