As they are growing in the Netherlands, they decided to hire their first employee (without setting up an office there yet) in Amsterdam. The profile they are looking for is: 3 year or more technical user support experience in IT infrastructure industry Support experience of Windows PCs and smartphones (iOS/Android) Support experience of Users/Group management in AD, Print management or Shared folders etc Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 Understand basic networking Once a week or more on-site support at customer’s office
