Job description
We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER (12 months contract with the possibility of extension)
Your role will involve managing the relationships with our clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, and generating repeat business. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and finalizing projects within the organization, creating and monitoring current contracts and their budgets, uncovering unmet customer needs, and actively acquiring strategic industry information based on customer input. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to increase business by offering new services and products to existing customers.
In summary, your duties will include the following:
- Setup, maintain and finalize your projects within the organization
- Create, follow-up and complete deals, quotes and budgets for existing customers
- Create and monitor current contracts and their budgets
- Monitor the continuity of projects by ongoing oversight and prepare amendments when required
- Uncover unmet customer needs, allowing for business growth
- Increase business by offering new services and products to existing customers
- Actively acquire strategic industry information based on customer input
Your profile
You are a customer-oriented, pragmatic and energetic representative towards our customers who will manage the relationships with these clients to guarantee excellent service delivery and generate repeat business.
- You have a relevant Bachelor or Master degree.
- You have 3 years commercial or project management experience or equivalence work experience preferably in a (global) Contract Research Organization or in a B2B service environment.
- You are a self-starter, show initiative, representative, flexible and stress resistant.
- Your work is always accurate, structured and you are good at prioritizing.
- You can work independently but are also a team player.
- You have excellent communication skills in English. Additional language skills are desirable.
- You also have basic understanding of key financial terms, quality management, specifically ISO9001 and GxP guidelines and regulations, specifically GDP & GCP.
