Overview
As Network Security Engineering Manager at Swift, you’ll lead a skilled team responsible for protecting the global network infrastructure and advancing modern security capabilities. You will shape the security architecture, drive the roadmap for Zero Trust and SASE/SSE, and partner with audit teams to ensure compliance. You’ll hire, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate risk into business strategy. This role offers influence over enterprise-wide security strategy in a mission-driven, security-first culture.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing network security team
- Manage attack surface reduction across corporate, cloud, and edge environments
- Define the technical roadmap for modern network security architectures
- Lead the deployment of SASE/SSE frameworks (SD-WAN, SWG, CASB, ZTNA)
- Ensure network compliance with ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS in collaboration with audit teams
- Evaluate and manage tool vendors and security budgets
- Bridge technical teams with executive stakeholders to communicate risk and strategy
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 6+ years in network engineering/security or related infrastructures
- Deep understanding of Next-Gen Firewalls, SIEM, and modern identity systems
- Proven experience with SASE/SSE architectures for networks and remote users
- Experience with vulnerability management, network hardening, and reducing digital footprint
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, Computer Science, IT Management, or equivalent leadership experience
