As a Manufacturing Operator, you are a driven team player who steps onto the floor every day with a fresh dose of energy, always staying sharp on what needs to be done. Being physically active and rolling up your sleeves to hit daily targets with your colleagues is what you do best. Every task is executed with precision, ensuring that quality remains spot on at all times. Lastly, you have the ability to switch tasks quickly and effortlessly.
For this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- You can speak English;
- You have a Mbo degree in a technical field or you have experience as an technical operator;
- You are available from 07:30 until 16:00;
- You have an affinity for the pharmaceutical industry;
- You have administrative experience;
- You have strong computer skills;
- You are available for 40 hours.
what will you do
As a Manufacturing Operator at Johnson & Johnson, you will join the Bioreactor Assembly department. In this role, you will help build the bioreactors essential to the cell culture process. By performing routine tasks accurately and independently, you ensure that daily operations run smoothly. Your role involves supporting internal teams and monitoring administrative processes for speed, accuracy, and quality. Maintaining high professional standards is key, alongside clear and discreet communication.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Execute administrative tasks strictly according to SOP guidelines;
- Work in compliance with GMP requirements and the J&J Credo;
- Identify gaps in the planning and proactively propose improvements;
- Complete training on time and keep professional knowledge up to date.
