The team is looking for two Maintenance Specialists:
- Maintenance Specialist HVAC & Utilities – operational focus on HVAC, BMS, and EMS
- Maintenance Specialist Projects – project‑focused, ensuring proper handover, maintainability, and documentation
Both roles operate in a highly regulated GMP environment and require close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Role Description
As a Maintenance Specialist, you contribute to both the optimal functioning of installations and the successful implementation of technical changes and projects. You work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, the Business System Owner (BSO), and various stakeholders across a GMP‑regulated environment.
Shared Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to installation reliability, quality, and GMP compliance
- Collaborate with Maintenance & Engineering on long‑term investment plans and CAPEX
- Execute and assess Change Management (MoC), including impact and feasibility analyses
- Support projects, handover processes, and operational readiness
- Review and manage technical documentation such as P&IDs and CMMS data
- Identify improvement opportunities and take initiative in a dynamic environment
Shared Profile
- Bachelor's degree (HBO level), preferably in a technical field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a GMP‑regulated environment
- Analytical, precise, independent, and a strong team player
- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Proactive, structured, results‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑changing environment
Role‑Specific Specializations
1) Maintenance Specialist – HVAC & Utilities
Additional Focus Areas
- Full technical ownership of HVAC, BMS, and EMS systems
- Improving utility reliability, quality, and cost efficiency
- Supporting system modifications and commissioning activities
Skills / Requirements (in addition to the shared profile)
- Deep expertise in HVAC systems and controls (BMS/EMS)
- Expert in reading and editing P&IDs
- Strong utilities background and GMP knowledge
- SAP PM / CMMS experience is an advantage
2) Maintenance Specialist – Projects & Engineering Handover
Additional Focus Areas
- Representing Maintenance during new‑build, upgrade, and modification projects
- Reviewing URS, design documents, and maintainability requirements
- Facilitating FMECA workshops and following up mitigations
- Creating, reviewing, and validating maintenance programs
- Ensuring complete and accurate as‑built documentation (P&IDs, schematics, CMMS data)
- Organizing maintenance readiness & handover to operations
Skills / Requirements (in addition to the shared profile)
- Strong project coordination skills
- Experience with FMECA and design‑for‑maintainability principles
- Expertise in documentation control (as‑built, P&IDs, technical schematics)
SAP PM / CMMS experience is an advantage
