We’re looking for an Internal IT Manager who will take full ownership of Nebul’s office automation environment — from hardware and tooling to licensing, onboarding, and version control.
This isn’t a passive maintenance role.
It’s for a hands-on professional who can design, implement, and continuously improve how Nebul works — enabling every team to operate seamlessly and securely at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Office Automation Stack: Manage all IT systems, endpoints, and internal tools that keep Nebul running day-to-day — from laptops and MDM to cloud collaboration and identity platforms.
- Hardware & Device Management: Ensure the right hardware is available, configured, and ready for each new hire. Oversee procurement, lifecycle management, and device security.
- Licensing & Tooling: Manage software licensing, renewals, and access across the organization. Keep versions and tools up to date while maintaining compliance and cost efficiency.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Build smooth, secure workflows for user provisioning and deactivation — from accounts to hardware handovers.
- Security & Compliance: Partner with our infrastructure and security teams to uphold best practices around data protection, access control, and incident response.
- Automation & Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate IT processes as we scale.
- Support & Enable: Provide responsive, high-quality support to Nebul team members, ensuring they have the tools and systems they need to deliver.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in internal IT management, system administration, or office automation roles
- Strong grasp of Windows, macOS, and cloud collaboration environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, etc.)
- Experience managing licensing, MDM, and endpoint security solutions
- Understanding of device lifecycle management, network fundamentals, and access controls
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you don’t wait for tickets; you anticipate needs and design better systems
- Clear communicator who can bridge the gap between technical detail and practical execution
Bonus Skills
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM, SSO, Okta, Azure AD, etc.)
- Background in scaling IT operations within fast-growing startups or tech environments
- Interest in AI, cloud, or high-performance computing infrastructure

Requirements
- Based in the Netherlands (commutable to Leiden)
- Valid EU work permit (no sponsorship available)
- Fluent in English (Dutch a plus, not required)
