Ecolab is seeking for an Industry Technical Consultant (ITC) for our Global High-Tech (GHT) segment.
The position can be based anywhere in Europe.
HowYou’llMake an Impact:
Support sales teams by identifying opportunities for Nalco Water wastewater‑treatment solutions and conducting site audits to recommend process and cost improvements.
Design and implement tailored wastewater‑treatment programs and lead the deployment of new technologies in light‑industry applications, in collaboration with R&D and Marketing.
Provide on‑site technical support including troubleshooting, optimisation, jar tests, trial planning, real‑time data collection, KPI tracking, and post‑trial analysis.
Deliver technical training to sales teams and customers, and produce technical guides and best‑practice materials.
Act as the technical expert in customer meetings and maintain strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
Prior experience in wastewater treatment (industrial or municipal).
Familiarity with Nalco Water technologies and digital monitoring systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel across Europe as required.
