The Education & Profession (E&P) project team is part of the Child Health department. Within this department, health scientists, epidemiologists, educationalists, psychologists, youth health physicians, and statisticians work together on a wide range of themes aimed at creating the best possible conditions for children to grow up healthy, safe, and with equal opportunities. Collaborating on solutions is what connects and drives the experts within the Child Health department.

What will be your role?
Starting August 1, , we are looking for an Educator who will supervise groups of residents training to become KNMG-certified youth health physicians. In addition to delivering the structured educational curriculum, the Educator will play a key role in the practical training component of the program. Updating the curriculum in line with the new National Training Plan and other current developments will also form an important part of the role.
You will focus on the full breadth of the profession, including curriculum development, teaching, and educational consultancy. In this role, you will collaborate with professionals in the field, training and internship organizations, universities, and other research and educational institutes. In doing so, you will contribute to the effective and efficient implementation of Public Health services, with a particular focus on youth healthcare.
The program is offered in both Eindhoven and Leiden. During the onboarding period and afterwards, flexibility will be required to travel regularly to Eindhoven and Leiden. You will primarily be involved with the training groups at the Eindhoven location.
