Your Role – Flight Ambassador for Singapore Airlines
As part of the Singapore Airlines customer support team, you’ll be the first point of contact for passengers, travel partners, and corporate clients.
You’ll support customers via phone, email, and digital channels, helping them with bookings, ticket changes, refunds, and travel information.
You will be representing one of the most respected names in global aviation.
Your daily tasks include:
- Assisting passengers with flight bookings & changes
- Explaining ticket rules, fees & policies
- Processing refunds & reservation updates
- Supporting travel agencies & corporate partners
- Ensuring every customer interaction reflects a premium airline experience
This role gives you strong international experience in:
- Airline operations
- Travel & tourism
- Customer experience
- Global brand representation
Requirements
You are:
- Fluent in Dutch (C1+ level)
- Confident in English
- Social, adaptable & service-minded
- Curious about living abroad
- Excited about working for a global airline
Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus,
but mindset matters more than CV length.
