We’re hiring: Call Center Manager (m/f/d) – Operations

Leiden | Full-time

Match4Markets is growing, and we’re looking for a Callcenter Manager to lead our European Operations teams.

You’ll manage and develop a team of ~40 call agents and coaches across multiple EU markets, helping them convert incoming leads into high-quality opportunities for our clients.

If you enjoy leading teams, improving performance and building strong processes, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll do

• Lead and coach call agents and team coaches across EU markets

• Improve call quality and lead qualification performance

• Develop training programs, scripts and operational processes

• Monitor team and individual performance

• Work closely with the Team Leader and management on improvements

• Join weekly meetings with the Leads team to optimize lead quality

• Occasionally support calls for the NL and UK markets

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor level (HBO thinking level)
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Analytical and results-driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Comfortable working in an international environment
