Business Development Manager

As one of the firmly established leaders in the carrier billing and mobile content market, our portfolio already includes several major carrier groups and tier-1 content partners, including global brands such as the NBA. Our reputation and footprint are still growing, with aggressive rollouts of new content brands and operators already planned in.
We are expanding our commercial team with a Business Development Manager who will drive operator partnerships, launch new content verticals, and help grow revenue across international markets.
Working closely with the Chief Business Development Officer, you will take ownership of your partnerships and continue to grow them by introducing new ideas and new products.
What You’ll Do
Portfolio Growth & Commercial Ownership
· Drive revenue by signing new mobile operator partnerships across priority regions
· Expand content offerings (sports, gaming, streaming) into new and existing operator markets
· Own and grow key commercial relastionships in line with company strategy
Business Development
· Represent the company at major industry events (MWC, AfricaCom, Telemedia)
· Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform positioning and pricing
· Identify priority geographies based on internal targets, demographics, opportunity size
· Negotiation of rev share and specific conditions
· Contract finalization, onboarding, & internal handover
· Develop and own a network of senior-level relationships within digital VAS, carrier billing, and product teams
What We’re Looking For
· 4+ years of experience in:
Mobile Content
Carrier billing / value added services
Telco/mobile operatiors / billing aggregation
· Strong understanding of revenue-share models and subscription economics
· Experience managing sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
· Ability to build commercial cases
· Excellent communication and relationship building skills
· Comfortable traveling internationally
