BMS Lead – Pharma Manufacturing Project
Looking for a chance to shape next-generation pharmaceutical manufacturing? We’re hiring a Building Management Systems (BMS) Lead to drive the design, delivery, and integration of Siemens Desigo BMS at a high-profile new facility.
This role will be mainly remote for two years, before becoming fully onsite in Europe.
In this role, you’ll:
- Provide technical leadership and oversight of BMS delivery across all project phases
- Guide vendor selection, oversee documentation, and review system design and architecture
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity standards
- Troubleshoot and support commissioning, qualification, and facility startup
- Coordinate closely with project and automation teams, managing schedules, budgets, and status reporting
What you bring:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ BMS experience in pharma/biotech projects (Siemens Desigo preferred)
- Expertise in automation, utilities, HVAC systems, and compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to transition from remote to on-site work (over a 3-year project timeline)
