For our beautiful new open location in Krefeld we are looking for an experienced Accountmanager to join our team!

About Monta

Monta is the e-commerce company that provides logistics for over 1.800 webshops. We operate from 17 independent e-commerce warehouses and take care of the processing and delivery of its clients orders worldwide.

What are you going to do?

When joining Monta you are working for an employer of choice, we just recently opened our new location in Krefeld and we are in search for an entrepreneur! As our brand new Accountmanager you are in daily contact with our clients. Your focus is on optimizing the existing clients’ needs and wishes in order to assure more orders. You think proactively along with the client and the processes within Monta.

You are also responsible for implementing new clients from the second our HQ Sales “closed the deal”. The entire implementation phase is in your hands, meaning that you are responsible for all the contacts with the clients beyond the first order. Together with the logistics team you optimize the output and assure that quality is met and promises made are fulfilled. With the client you keep optimizing to assure the best results for both parties.

No day will be the same, every customer has different needs and together we will make the best of it.

You are open to assist in all time in all positions, we are a start-up location in Krefeld and therefore a hands-on can do mentality is required!

Who are you?

You are an enthusiastic and client-oriented person who gets excited about e-commerce and logistics. You enjoy finding the right balance between clients needs and Monta’s interests. Your commercial and service-oriented attitude makes the clients carefree and makes their webshops grow. You will do best in a varied position at a company where fun and hard work are inseparable. You are in for innovation, achieving goals and you are not averse to a day in the logistics during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday).

You:

Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position;

Are available 40 hours per week (location Krefeld);

Are pragmatic, proactive and have a higher professional education level;

Have communicative and social skills: you have humor and are an excellent collaborator.
