The main customers are the Japanese companies in Europe and they provide IT infrastructure and support. As they are growing in the Netherlands, they decided to hire their first employee (without setting up an office there yet) in Amsterdam. The profile they are looking for is: – 3 year or more technical user support experience in IT infrastructure industry – Support experience of Windows PCs and smartphones (iOS/Android) – Support experience of Users/Group management in AD, Print management or Shared folders etc – Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 – Understand basic networking – Once a week or more on-site support at customer’s office
