As a Support Engineer, you are the first point of contact for our partners and customers. You will help solve problems and lead the installation of our products and solutions.
You will provide (technical) support for our partners and customers, both in a pre-sales and after-sales role. In this role, you will report to the Manager Professional Services.
Our products and solutions are mainly in the field of high electronics (hardware and software, also in combination with the cloud) in the many facets of energy transition. These include monitoring and managing solar panels, charging stations, heat pumps, and combinations thereof, all combined in an Energy Management System.
To support our strong growth, we are looking to further expand our Technical Support team.

What will you be doing within Xemex?
- General support of our products and solutions, including 1st line support (initial service contact with customer) and 2nd line support (problem analysis/reproduction of reported problem)
- Administrative handling of returns (RMA)
- Perform service assignments (also onsite at customer premises) at existing and new clients (including on-site fault condition analysis, commissioning/configuration of (new) Xemex solutions)
- Providing (technical) training to partners and customers
- Internal support to sales, production, and logistics

The ideal candidate shows proactivity, enthusiasm, and likes to take initiative. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide constructive-critical feedback are essential. Stress resistance and the ability to deal with change will make you suitable for a dynamic and growing work environment.
Supplemented by the points below:
- Preferably a completed technical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (college level, electrical engineering)
- Experience in a similar support role is a plus
- Open to initial work experience; training through and at Xemex is also a possibility!
- Open-minded and able to work in a dynamic and growing company
- Strong communication skills and ability to substantiate opinions constructively
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English
- Willingness to travel, including between and to the Xemex locations in Rosmalen (Netherlands) and Antwerp (Belgium)
- Living in the Antwerp area is advantageous
