The role:
As the Share-Based Compensation Specialist, you will oversee the comprehensive administration of all stock-based compensation plans. Your responsibilities will include managing grants, vestings, dividends, and terminations. Additionally, you will maintain all stock files and reports, providing critical support to the Manager of Compensation & Benefits.

• Responsible for processing stock requests and vestings; including but not limited to calculations, communication, data entry. Performs data input into stock database of all employee stock transactions, including grants, transactions and employee data.
• Maintain stock database including grants, transactions and employee data to ensure data is accurate for Executive Management, Finance, Legal, Executive Finance and Corporate Tax Departments. 
• Assists with the preparing and reviewing for accuracy monthly, quarterly and annual reports, from the stock administration system, needed for internal and external reporting.
• Responsible for keeping Manager Compensation & Benefits abreast of the status of all projects and work assignments.
• Collaborate with HR-Operations, Legal and Payroll teams on equity related items.
• Provide accurate and timely assistance to requests and inquiries.
• Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Your profile:
• Demonstrates an ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• 6+ years of relevant equity administration experience 
• Experience with both Option and RSU programs.
• Familiarity with International tax law relating to equity programs.
• Sensitivity to employee privacy laws such as GDPR and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels
