You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes. You'll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process. /p pWe are hiring a strongDutch and English speaking Recruiter, based in Leiden /strongwho will join our team supporting one of the largest and most broadly based healthcare and pharmaceutical Companies in the world – strongJohnson Johnson /strong. /p pstrongLocation: /strong Leiden, the Netherlands /ppstrongWork pattern: /stronghybrid – with working onsite in Leiden 3 days a week /ppstrongEmployment Type: /strong Fixed-term contract for 12 months. /p pstrongWhat you'll be doing: /strong /p ulliulliManaging end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing and Supply Chain positions in pharma industry in the Netherlands and Belgium. /liliFacilitating the Interview and selection process. /liliBuilding and strengthening relationships with a Client and Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities. /liliConsulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities. /liliIdentifying process improvements and managing Client expectations. /liliEnsuring Candidate and Hiring Manager great experience by frequent updates and communication. /liliProducing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated. /liliDelivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives. /li /ul /li /ul br / pstrongWhat you need to have to be successful: /strong /p ulliulliStrong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. /liliFluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. /liliStrong customer focus and excellent senior stakeholders management skills. /liliExcellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with Client, Candidates, and Teammates. /liliStrategic mind, attention to detail and proactive approach. /liliExperience in managing recruitments processes for blue-collar, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Production or Supply Chain roles within pharma industry background. /liliExperience in recruiting in the Netherlands and Belgium is preferred. /liliExperience in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.G. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching) is desirable. /li /ul /li /ul br /pstrongWhy AMS? /strong /p pAt AMS, we recognise the value of different perspectives and experiences in prompting innovation, sparking creativity, and solving problems. /p pWe come from every walk of life, and our culture is open and inclusive.
