Job Description
As a Senior Flow Cytometry Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic Analytical Development team, contributing to the design and execution of advanced flow cytometry assays. Your work will support the characterization and release of next-generation cell therapy products. This role blends hands-on lab work with data interpretation and scientific reporting, offering a balance of technical depth and strategic input. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to driving innovation and ensuring assay robustness.
Responsibilities

Design, execute, and optimize flow cytometry assays to assess product quality and safety

Operate and maintain advanced cytometry instruments, including troubleshooting when needed

Collaborate with scientists and technicians to develop robust analytical methods

Analyze complex datasets and contribute to data-driven decisions

Document experimental procedures and results in compliance with regulatory standards

Support the release testing of cell therapy products for clinical use

Requirements

Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field

2+ years experience in cytometry data analysis and instrument troubleshooting
