We are looking for a Sales Operations Technology Specialist to join our RevOps Team. The RevOps Team is a dynamic group of 5, working together to build a great revenue organisation within ChannelEngine Your role within this team will be to lead the integration and optimisation of our sales and revenue systems. You’ll be responsible for enhancing workflows, driving revenue growth, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. What will you do as our Sales Operations Technology Specialist?
You’ll own our revenue and sales-related systems, managing integrations, and implementing and maintaining efficient processes and workflows to streamline sales operations You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to get an understanding of business needs and identify areas for improvement in sales technology, as well as handling systems-related requests and issues A key focus will be conducting regular analysis and reporting on sales technology performance and effectiveness in order to drive data-driven decision-making. It will also be important for you to stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve our sales technology solutions.
What makes you the ideal Sales Operations Technology Specialist?

Minimum 2 years’ experience working with CRM systems (particularly Hubspot), including integration and administration,

Experience with iPaaS solutions such as Zapier or Workato,

Familiarity with the commercial aspects of a SaaS company,

Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills,

Good communication and interpersonal skills in English,

Outgoing personality and energised by interacting with others,

Currently resident in or near Leiden, Netherlands, or Berlin, Germany.
