Location: Leiden, The Netherlands
Duration: 6 months (with strong potential for extension)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Run routine testing of innovative Cell and Gene therapy products using techniques such as Flow Cytometry, ELISA, and PCR.
- Be actively involved in method validation, transfer, and troubleshooting.
- Take care of lab equipment and contribute to maintaining a high-quality, GMP-compliant lab environment.
- Bring your voice to continuous improvement initiatives and help stay inspection-ready.
- Be open to working in a shift-based setup.
What You Bring
- A BSc or MSc in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Around 1–3 years of experience in QC or analytical testing – we welcome both emerging talent and those building their careers.
- Hands-on expertise with Flow Cytometry, PCR, and Cell-Based Assays.
- Familiarity with GMP practices and lab documentation.
- A team-first, flexible attitude and full on-site availability.
