Purpose of the role:
The Talent Team at Pharming is responsible for the role out and design of talent programs globally. Programs include, learning and leadership development, performance, inclusion and diversity, talent acquisition, succession planning, onboarding etc. Within the Talent team, the Project Specialist (People and Talent) supports the employees at Pharming in a variety of ways. The role includes design of new initiatives and review and report out on program effectiveness while continually connecting with key stakeholders.

Important to know that the focus of this role will not be in Talent Acquisition or L&D specifically, but sits across the broader talent and people development space overall.

Responsibilities:

  • You contribute to day-to-day operations and push toward our roadmaps to improve the overall global HR talent practice. 
  • Planning and implementation of key people & talent management programs, overseeing progress of these programs and monitoring timelines and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global HR team to better understand, analyze, and support the needs of the organization and create suggestions for improvements. 
  • You are hands on and drive key initiatives, scope work, build comprehensive integrated project- and change plans. Work with key stakeholders to co-design and implement these initiatives.
  • Plan and support large scale talent programs within the global organization
  • Your profile:

  • 5+ years experience in Project Coordination / Project Management – within HR / Talent / People Development –
  • BSc. Or MSc. Thinking level;
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills (English), both written and spoken;
  • Excellent organization, project- and time management skills;
  • Change management champion;
  • Demonstrable analytical thinking, solutions-oriented approach, and business insight;
  • High level of learning agility to navigate a dynamic and fast growing organization;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities;
  • You are curious to learn and explore.
