Flex IT
As the Marketing Manager at Flex IT you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support the growth of our ITAD-, Rental-, and distribution business. You will lead a team of 3 FTE and work closely with various departments to achieve optimal results. At the same time, you will be fully hands on with all tasks and roll up your sleeves to actively engage in day-to-day tasks to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that support the company’s overall business objectives with a focus on digital marketing.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of marketing professionals, setting clear performance expectations, providing coaching and mentorship, and conducting evaluations.
- Act as a project manager/ program manager for cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the company’s branding and reputation, ensuring consistent and positive brand messaging.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure resource efficiency and maximum impact on growth goals.

General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, including:
- Knowledge of lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the marketing funnel and convert them into qualified leads.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Constant Contact) and CRM tools.
- Experience in planning, promoting, and executing webinars and other virtual events to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Understanding of social media platforms with experience in developing social media strategies, analyzing performance, and adjusting strategies based on key metrics.
- Ability to develop a content calendar and coordinate with team members to create engaging and relevant content.
- Knowledge of website management and optimization, including familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and motivate marketing professionals.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills.
- Motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and experience in leading high-performing teams.
