Purpose of the role:
The Manager Compensation & Benefits develops, implements, evaluates and updates the compensation and benefits strategy and tools in line with the people

strategy and company culture to ensure eha/fnine is able to attach and retain the best candidates

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and update the Job & Salary Architecture in line with
    people strategy and remuneration policy
  • Equity management; Initiate and coordinate the Shared based compensation processes by involving the right stakeholders,
    to ensure good governance and timely processing
  • Advise and support HR Business Partners on Job grading and levelling to ensure proper department structures
  • Perform sala reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
  • Proactively advise and inform employees on the value of tl1eir packages and any changes related to compensation and benefits.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of the employee benefit programs
  • Monitor and keep up to date Pharming’s employment conditions documentation/intranet
  • Ensure proper documentation, conducts clear workflows and approval processes
  • Oversee various C&B global projects
  • Oversee, rewrite and update relevant C&B policies ( ESG) and processes
  • Your profile:
    Knowledge:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher (in relevant area)
  • Technical skills in the area of Compensation and Benefits.
  • Experience:

  • 8-10+ years of relevant experience with a focus on Compensation & Benefits
  • Substantial experience in an international, corporate, regulated environment
  • Experience with Shared Based Compensation and/or ESG are highly preferred
  • Fluency in Dutch
  • Fluency in English
