who are you

In order to work at Johnson&Johnson Medtech as a Lab technician, you must motivate why you want to work for this company. You have an affinity with the pharmaceutical lab industry or experience within this. You enjoy working in a team. You also like to be active and you have good planning and analytical skills. Read below what else we ask of you.

• You have communication skills and writing skills in English/Dutch
• You have a MBO/Bachelor in an analytical chemistry or microbiological direction or equivalent.
• Preferably you are full-time available and preferably can structurally work on Saturdays
• Experience within Pharmaceutical or Medical Device companies is a plus.

what will you do

As a Lab technician in Leiden you will report directly to your Supervisor and make sure that the systems in the Quality system are adequately maintained. Within this position you will:

• Perform laboratory routine testing
• Sending out equipment for calibration and maintenance
• Perform sample activities
• Checking and entering date in LIMS
• Perform logbook data entry
• Do the inventory of lab supplies
• Responsible for communicating with business related issues
