The Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist is part of the Credit Control Team of West Coast Supply Group and is supporting the credit control team to manage the order to cash processes within the West Coast Supply Group.
The Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist is an ambitious young professional who contributes in further professionalizing the Credit Control processes within the West Coast Supply Group.
The Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist is in close contact with the Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the business.
This is how you tackle your day:
- Daily processing of sales invoices, including providing sales invoices to customers;
- Daily processing of sales credit invoices;
- Daily reconciliation of bank statements, payment and customer balances;
- Processing of credit limit decisions in ERP system.

We are looking for an ambitious professional who wants to work in an international environment and contribute to our credit control team.
You have a

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics or related work experience;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English;
- You have knowledge of accounting software,
- You are hands-on, know how to set priorities and keep a cool head in the daily hectic;
- Solution-oriented, perseverance, independent and customer-oriented describe you well.
