Information Security Officer (ISO)
Our client is seeking an Information Security Officer (ISO) to join their ICT Centre. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of risk management and technology, contributing to the development of a future-ready department.
Responsibilities:
- Assess privacy and security risks of tools, systems, and networks, both in the design phase and post-implementation, and report on these findings.
- Participate in projects, providing advice on privacy and security risks.
- Handle security and privacy incidents and oversee penetration tests and audits.
- Advise and report to management, the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), and the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
- Collaborate with the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) and Security Operations Center (SOC), information security officers from other departments, architects, and product owners.
- Coordinate tasks and share knowledge with colleagues from the SOC team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least one certification such as CISM, CISA, CISSP, or equivalent, with a willingness to obtain additional certifications.
- Proven experience in information security and risk analysis within a complex IT organization.
- Technical knowledge of ICT infrastructure security, including virtualization, networks, data centers, server, and internet/cloud technologies.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken. (Required)
