For our location in Tilburg, we are looking for an HR Advisor who will help us build a good logistic team. Are you ready for the next step in your career and willing to take responsibility from A to Z of the HR processes for our Tilburg Warehouse? Then we are looking for you as our HR Advisor!
As an HR Advisor at West Coast Supply Group, you are hands-on: you partner with the business and listen to their needs. Through this partnership, and with the HR team, you are responsible for implementing and propagating the HR policy at West Coast Supply Group. In this role, you will be responsible for the logistic part of the organization, both in Tilburg and Leiden. This consists of a warehouse in Tilburg, a warehouse in Leiden, VAS, and our Logistics Department.
You will be part of a small HR team, consisting of an HR Manager, two HR Business Partners, three Talent Acquisition Specialists, and an HR Officer. As a team, we each have our own expertise and cooperate closely together. We discuss projects, issues, and advise each other. The HR team can be described as ambitious, open, and fun.
This is how you tackle your day. You:
- are a trusted advisor for your stakeholders, providing expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR;
- proactively identify and tackle issues that can be improved;
- create, implement, and manage innovative projects, in line with HR strategy and business needs;
- apply the organization’s HR tools and policies and advise proactively on terms and conditions of employment, organization development, performance and talent management, learning and development, absences, and legislation and regulations;
- handle the recruitment of new staff and process all related administration;
- act as a liaison for external parties (arbodienst & government) to support the “leer-werkplekken” at the warehouse and process all related administration.

Profile
- You have at least one year of relevant experience in an HR role;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English;
- You have a solid knowledge of Dutch labor law and experience with difficult conversations and absences;
- You build relationships with the business and adapt your style to the flair of our commercial environment: fast-moving, demanding, teamwork, professional yet playful.
- You are confident, charismatic, positive, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
