Job Opportunity: Global Supply Chain Analyst

Are you ready to drive cost and service improvements across a dynamic global supply chain? We are seeking a talented Global Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and play an integral role in optimizing our operations.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast Analysis: Convert sales forecasts to supply chain throughput data, providing clear breakdowns by country, including inbound movement, outbound pallet throughput, rework and VAS requirements, and storage holding pallets.
- Orderbook Analysis: Define and maintain orderbook analysis for Europe and the UK, providing clear data for daily pulse calls and month-end predictions.
- KPI Structure: Develop and maintain a uniform global supply chain KPI structure, ensuring ease of use and alignment with contracts.
- Utilization Reporting: Create and maintain global utilization reports, tracking container usage and warehouse capacity versus forecasts.
- Cost Analysis: Identify global needs and develop reports in collaboration with supply chain leads, visualizing and reporting analytical insights for senior stakeholders.
- Performance Improvement: Conduct in-depth analysis on global operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Project Leadership: Lead and drive cross-departmental projects, providing insights to enhance performance.
- Customer Profiling and Network Analysis: Perform customer profiling and network capacity and throughput analysis.
Ideal Profile
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in a global supply chain environment and 5+ years in data analysis.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of data sources
- Excellent numerical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to change
- Advanced Power BI skills
- Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) & TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
- Familiarity with P+L analysis / Total Cost of Ownership
- Exposure to AI tools (preferred)
