As an international trader, you’ll have the opportunity to strategically plan and position our company within the UK and Australian markets, enhancing profitability and elevating sales to unprecedented levels. In this role, you will manage and inspire a talented team of sales associates, train new team members, and build enduring relationships with customers to boost our brand recognition across both countries.

- Develop trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major UK and Australian clients to ensure they remain loyal and do not turn to competitors.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements in these distinctive markets.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by continually proposing tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the timely delivery of the right products and services to our clients.
- Act as the communication bridge between key customers and our internal teams.
- Resolve any issues faced by customers, addressing complaints to maintain their trust.
- Play a crucial role in generating new sales that will lead to long-lasting partnerships.
- You don’t need to be an Excel wizard, but you will prepare regular reports and forecasts for both UK and Australian stakeholders using key account metrics.
Here’s what we are looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Key Account Manager, or in business development, preferably with exposure to the UK and Australian markets.
- Experience in sales with a focus on providing solutions tailored to customer needs in diverse markets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with professionals across all organizational levels in both countries.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- A talent for problem-solving and negotiation.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
