- Evaluate and mitigate risks related to market dynamics, ensuring compliance with USA regulations and trade laws.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on comprehensive market analysis and competitor insights.
- Identify new avenues for business expansion within the USA market through innovative initiatives.
- Facilitate negotiation processes, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-lasting partnerships.

Skills and Qualifications for an International Trader
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international trading or a relevant role, with a preference for background in the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in building and managing customer relationships within international markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of achieving successful business deals.
- In-depth understanding of the USA’s trading laws, market conditions, and cultural nuances.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous (Spanish.)
