Responsibilities
- Lead investigations into non-conformances, manage deviations, and coordinate effective corrective and preventive actions to maintain high compliance standards.
- As the technical system owner, oversee equipment, ensuring it meets operational and regulatory requirements.
- Create, review, and update lab documentation, particularly in support of new product introductions.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert, represent the lab during cGMP audits and inspections, and serve as the single point of contact for technical matters.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promote a culture of safety and reliability, and foster strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Life Sciences graduate (HBO / BSc.) with some years of experience within a GMP environment.
- Experience with decommissioning/introduction of lab equipment (e.g., refrigerators, incubators).
- Experience within QC and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills, pro-active, with affinity for microbiology and automation.
