Key Accountmanager – I help leaders in Life Sciences scale their teams with top talent Digital Project Lead – South Holland (Biopharma Industry) Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and implementing innovative solutions in a high-impact, regulated environment? We are seeking a Digital Project Lead to oversee the implementation and optimization of digital systems for a leading organization in the biopharma sector . Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of new and existing digital solutions at the local level Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively Communicate and align with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholders stay informed and engaged Build connections and foster collaborations across departments Create and review technical documentation, reports, and validation materials Serve as a point of contact for data integrity and cybersecurity assessments, ensuring compliance with standards Act as technical system owner for digital platforms when required Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3–5 years of experience in digital technology, data management, or related areas Practical experience with industrial data historians, lab automation systems, and visualization tools Knowledge of digital platform deployment, change management, and systems connectivity Solid understanding of data integrity and cybersecurity principles Experience with Python or R for scripting, automation, or data analysis is an advantage Background in biopharma or GxP/GLP-regulated environments is a strong plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Adaptability to evolving technologies and processes Effective time management and organizational skills Proactive, team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills Contract Type: Full-time If you are ready to lead impactful digital initiatives in the life sciences industry, we would like to hear from you.
