    Our client is a renowned luxury furniture and home decor brand. With a global presence, the brand is continuously expanding and reaching new markets. Because of this, they are currently looking for a new member to be part of their dynamic team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all major customers, whether they have a request or complaint that needs to be addressed in a quick and efficient manner


  • Providing guidance, instructions, and assistance to customers.
  • Identifying trends in reported issues, suggesting improvements to processes or systems to reduce recurring problems.
  • Logging, tracking, and prioritising support requests or incidents.
  • Coordinating with other departments or teams to escalate complex issues.
  • Being the first point of contact for the major customers.

  • Confident, cheerful, and customer-oriented personality.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position as a Customer Service Specialist.
  • Fluency in English is a must; German or Dutch are preferred.
  • Fast thinker and team player.
  • MBO-level working and thinking.
