What will you do?
– Qualify inbound leads generated by for example marketing;
– Generate new leads via outbound activities,
– Engage with new and existing customers through phone calls, Google Meet, office visits, trade fairs, and events
– Strengthen relationships with both new and existing partners, collecting their feedback to improve our services
– Managing lead pipeline from lead generation on to a first deal;
– Opportunity of identifying and developing new business opportunities with the team;
Who are we looking for?
– Strong commercial skills and a natural talent for identifying and converting business opportunities.
– A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a start-up or fast-growing environment.
– 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the IT recruitment or technology sector.
– Fluent in both Dutch and English.
– Excellent communication skills.
